Co-op games have quietly become one of the biggest drivers of revenue on Steam in 2025. In the first half of the year alone, co-op titles generated $4.1 billion in revenue on Steam - the highest six-month total the genre has ever seen.

> All five of Steam’s top-selling new releases in 2025 so far are co-op games
> Indies, AA, and AAA studios alike are finding success in the co-op space

> R.E.P.O. - 16.4M copies sold, $128.2M revenue
> Schedule I - 9M copies sold, $137M revenue
> PEAK - 7M copies sold, $42M revenue
> Monster Hunter Wilds - 6.3M copies sold, $380M revenue
> Split Fiction - 2.6M copies sold, $100M revenue
> Elden Ring: Nightreign - 2.8M copies sold, $92M revenue

FIFA Rivals Reaches 1 Million Downloads
FIFA Rivals hits 1 million downloads just seven weeks after launch on June 12 via the Apple App Store and Google Play. Developed by Mythical Games and officially licensed by FIFA, the mobile football title is built on the Mythos blockchain, powered by Polkadot, and brings web3 elements to a mainstream sports audience.

> 16 million goals scored
> 14 million interceptions
> 7 million super moves
> 4 million goals saved
FIFA Rivals is a free-to-play, real-time PVP game where players compete for gacha rewards and build their ultimate team. NFTs like player cards, kits, and gear are tradable via the Mythical Market, with some exclusive items such as Messi currently listed at $350.
